BeamEx 1000 — Beam Expander

The BeamEx 1000 gives a standard 4 in Fizeau interferometer the ability to measure up to 6 in optics. It mounts to the front of the interferometer using the industry-standard bayonet mount and adds adjustable 2-axis tip and tilt to accept a 6 in transmission flat, reference flat, or transmission sphere. Optional 6 in λ/20 AR-coated transmission flat snaps in. Single-pass wavefront deformation < λ/3 @ 23 °C.
