Non-polarizing beamsplitter plates are used to split or recombine a beam of light, especially in high-power lasers. The two partial beams travel different optical paths that depend on the incident angle and plate thickness, so the beam can be shifted. BK-7 grade A, λ/4 flatness, 60/40 surface quality.
