High Laser Damage Zero Order Waveplate — 17.5 mm
Tower's new High Laser Damage (HLD) zero-order waveplate is an air-spaced, laser-quality crystal quartz retarder with a 90% OD clear aperture. Both faces carry the High Laser Damage Anti-Reflection (HLD AR) coating, raising the damage threshold to 1 MW/cm² CW and 20 J/cm² at 10 ns — ideal for high-power laser systems. ½ and ¼ wave standard; standard wavelengths 355, 408, 532, 800, 1030 and 1064 nm, with custom wavelengths available. HLD is now offered across the waveplate programs, 10 mm to 101.6 mm.
